Amala is a new, modernly decorated villa with a touch of the personal style of the owners who adapted the house to the natural surroundings of the old olive grove. Everything was dictated by the green color of the olive leaf, and everything else naturally fit together, and Amala was created - an oasis of relaxation near the sea.
Details in and around the house were chosen with care for the purpose of enjoying your vacation and life in general.
Two spacious rooms with private toilets and access to a balcony with a sea view will make your mornings special.
The house is equipped with all the appliances needed in the household. There is also an electric car charger, which will make the stay easier for owners of electric cars.
There is air conditioning in every room, and during the winter months there is underfloor heating in all toilets and the living room to make your stay in the house as comfortable as possible.
The heated pool will allow you to enjoy swimming even out of season.
Villa Amala is located in Sukošan, a place 11 km from Zadar, and 10 km from Zadar Airport in Zemunik.
Sukošan is an ideal seaside location near
historic Dalmatian towns such as Zadar, Šibenik and Split, as well
as the most beautiful national parks. Boat trips to the Kornati
Islands are possible from Sukošan, and Krka and Plitvice Lakes are
only an hour or two away from the place.
The privacy of the house and the peaceful surroundings allow you to have a perfect vacation, but if you feel like going to the sea, in just 2 minutes’ walk (200 meters) you will find yourself on the most beautiful beach and promenade in Sukošan. On the beach itself there is a cafe bar La Bocca where you will surely enjoy a coffee with the most beautiful view of the sea.
When we were designing Amala, we envisioned it as a place where you can relax your body and soul but also concentrate on your work. A special room on the ground floor is a work area where everything is arranged to allow you to indulge in productive work. When you get tired, you can always jump into the pool or the sea and clear your mind. Can you imagine a better reset?
Sukošan is home to the best restaurants in Zadar County. Whether you are a fan of fresh fish, a good piece of meat or homemade pasta, Sukošan is a true gastronomic destination for all gourmets. Near Villa Amala, just a 6-minute walk away, is the Anton tavern. In addition to the Anton tavern, Sukošan also has the Guste tavern and Matanovi dvori, which are open all year round.
In addition to top-notch restaurants and slow food, Sukošan has excellent pizzerias and fast-food restaurants that are a great opportunity for grabbing something quick… because there are days like that.

Kasijan and Dina designed Amala as a place that they would choose for the vacation as a family. This feeling they wanted to provide for the others. Their desire was to enrich their family heritage and tradition and create new value that guests would recognize and choose this place for their vacation.
The entire creation process was also attended by sons Adrian and Marin. A and M are the first letters of the name Villa Amala, and the name itself has a special meaning for the owners' family, who might reveal it to you if you ask them.
Kasijan and Dina are at disposal to their guests for any questions and advices regarding their stay in Sukošan and exploring the surroundings, which we can rightly say it is magical.
